I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET???

The web site was user friendly and ordering and paying was easy.
It is 1 week since my order was despatched by you and I have not received it yet. Can you track it and advise when I can expect delivery.

Orders sent to the USA normally take between 5 and 7 working days to be delivered as explained at the time of ordering, however can sometimes get delayed a little.
