very good service

Staff were helpful when ordering. We were kept up to date on the progress of our order. Delivery was at a time suitable to us. After checking the order and finding a slight fault with the bath screen, phoned customer services (which are open til 10 o'clock during the week) and a new one was dispatched straight away and arrived within 2 days.
The bathroom and cloakroom suites are of good quality and look great!!
