I bought a Suunto Dive Watch and the transmitter. In fact, I bought two. One of the transmitters didn't work. I emailed customer services. They never responded. I phoned over 15 times and NEVER got answered.
I spoke to my local Dive shop who were brilliant and contacted Suunto directly who have replaced the transmitter directly! How brilliant of them.
SCUBASTORE customer service is the worst in history. I had a courier come TWICE to pick up a parcel destined for Spain that I knew NOTHING about! What a waste of time & money.
ALL IT NEEDED WAS FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE OR ANSWER MY EMAIL.
In addition to this I now get BOMBARDED by emails from every which 'INN' there is.
Please buy elsewhere - stay local and support the local dive stores :-)
