I ordered a bath at set , however when it arrived there was only a bath mat...
I immediately contacted customer services , who very nicely explained the drop down box situation and I realised I had made the mistake (althought it was very misleading and I am a Internet shopper),..
I was then contacted again by customer services who advised me of how to re order the rest of the set and even offered me a discount for the nconvenience..customer service really was fantastic and i was even email as mynorder was despatched that same day...and thank you Elaine for all your support and help...very professional and I will be using the rug house againx
