On time even though it cost them!

I have just received my third order from Buy A Kilt and could not be happier with the products and the service.
When I first placed this order I checked with the lovely Rachel to see that all items were in stock and that I would receive the order by 31 Jan (By Airmail to Australia) as I am going overseas to a Clan conference in the next couple of days.
When I contacted Rachel online last Wednesday (after checking online) and expressed my concern that the order had not been sent, she organised for the shipment to be sent by Fedex at no extra cost to me.
I received the package on Tuesday and could not be happier, especially because the delivery period included a public holiday on Monday and all sorts of chaos affecting deliveries because of the floods , power outages and water shortages due to storms we had here on the weekend.
