not happy

first order i received was not what i had ordered. and the last order i had 2 x faulty 510 pre-punched carts, sent an email to notify and was told to fill them correctly? have been vaping for a few years and the lavatube i use indicates there is a short on both items. haven't heard anymore from seller. do not intend to reuse. would appreciate replacement items or refund please!!!!!!

we do our best to provide our customers with the best that we can. from the emails that you have sent and i have responded to it was clear that the product was not at fault. I hope that the email i sent on how to fill and use the cartomizer correctly helped and that you have now received the 2 replacement cartos that we sent to you as a gesture of good will.
