Good sale team and product but poor after service.

Fitted a Windsor combination unit from you. Good sales service and product quality. However, once installed all the major parts, came stuck on the most elementary bit! The toilet seat you supplied. Firstly a part was missing, but what really amazed me was that you said the seat was to be fitted before the toilet goes in, because there's no access once fitted to the underneath.
The seat should be the last item to be fitted so as not to get damaged, and therefore a top fitting seat should be supplied.
Also if the seat should become loose or break, then to get the toilet out, I would have to loosen the sink as the lip sit on the edge of the cistern housing, to get at the flush pipe and waste, unscrew the pan just to fit seat. That not right.
