great service except for one thing!!!!

very pleased with service. Order arrived several days earlier than expected with standard delivery. Quality of goods really good. Only disappointment was the one item missing from order. I am pretty sure i ordered a gangster spiv moustache which was missing. The party it is required for is on Saturday so would be great if i got it on time. Otherwise would appreciate it being discounted from order. Thank you
