I waited in from 07.00 until 19.00 on 23rd January and when I contacted supplier I was told that the snow had caused the delivery failure by Yodel and that my laptop would be delivered next day another 12hours of waiting, when I contacted supplier I was told that Yodel could not find my parcel and that it would be found an delivered on Tuesday 29th January another wasted day, when I contacted supplier I was told my laptop had gone missing (I believe it had been stolen) what a great company. I also had another delivery arranged via Yodel on Tuesday 29th well can you believe it this didn't arrive either. In all I wasted over 30hours waiting for Yodel and not even received an apology from them fortunately the suppliers have more integrity than their delivery company. Very disappointed in Yodel.
