Flightstore Pilot Shop

One of the good guys!

I only seem to complain about companies that treat me badly so I thought I should give some praise for a change! Flightstore are well deserving of it. I've ordered from them several times and have always been impressed with their service, product range and price.

You can't go wrong with them. I'll use them again in the future with no doubt, and do not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Pet Supermarket

Late shipping, poor attitude and a feeling of being very much let down!

Waited almost 2 weeks after payment was taken for the food I ordered valued over £100. I chose free delivery admittedly, but Pet Supermarket didnt ship until 2 hours before the 7 working days delivery deadline so it was never going to be on time anyway! The package was then not delivered for another 3 days, having been told by customer services to wait in for delivery each day as they guaranteed it would arrive. Gave up in the end and had to go into town and buy expensive small bags to get us through.

Initial emails included no apology or explanation, just "It will be there tomorrow". In the end the feeling I got from their attitude was "Its your fault for choosing supersaver delivery, and the couriers fault for loosing the packages".

Pet Supermarket wouldnt recall their order or issue refund as "none of this was their fault".

I wont be recommending them again and due to this incident, went looking and found a cheaper website with shorter free delivery dates and higher customer ratings, so Pet Supermarket.. you have lost a long term customer over this incident I'm afraid.

Thank you providing your feedback.

I must apologies for the delay in delivering your parcel, from reading the notes on your order it seems there was some trouble with your local delivery depot. We often have meetings with our courier and will undoubtably bring this up next time we meet.

I am sorry you were not informed of the situation in more detail or that no apology was provided originally. It is on very rare occasions when we have complications with our courier service, we have tried most of the couriers within the UK and found that Parcelforce are the best out there at service and speed, I am just sorry that on this occassion they have let us down who in turn has let you down.
