I only seem to complain about companies that treat me badly so I thought I should give some praise for a change! Flightstore are well deserving of it. I've ordered from them several times and have always been impressed with their service, product range and price.
You can't go wrong with them. I'll use them again in the future with no doubt, and do not hesitate in recommending them to others.
Waited almost 2 weeks after payment was taken for the food I ordered valued over £100. I chose free delivery admittedly, but Pet Supermarket didnt ship until 2 hours before the 7 working days delivery deadline so it was never going to be on time anyway! The package was then not delivered for another 3 days, having been told by customer services to wait in for delivery each day as they guaranteed it would arrive. Gave up in the end and had to go into town and buy expensive small bags to get us through.
Initial emails included no apology or explanation, just "It will be there tomorrow". In the end the feeling I got from their attitude was "Its your fault for choosing supersaver delivery, and the couriers fault for loosing the packages".
Pet Supermarket wouldnt recall their order or issue refund as "none of this was their fault".
I wont be recommending them again and due to this incident, went looking and found a cheaper website with shorter free delivery dates and higher customer ratings, so Pet Supermarket.. you have lost a long term customer over this incident I'm afraid.
