This is an updated review. And therefor the answear is dated. This is posted on Dec 11. Had problems with 3 out of 4 orders in the past, but decided to try again after being given a 15% discount because of the previous problems (not much compared to other companies). So placed a new order on Sunday Dec 1. Recieved an order confirmation and then - nothing! Expected dispatch email on Monday -nothing! On Thursday I had sent 3(!) emails to find out when my order would be dispatched, and again - NOTHING!!! On Friday I finally got an answear, that it was being dispatched that day. Today dec 11 I recieved my order. One of the items I ordered was a Christmas present for a friend who left the country YESTERDAY and for whom I had to buy another gift as a replacement for the jacket that didn't arrive in time! If this is customer care and compensation for previous problems then I could totally do without it!
And YES, I am dissapointed AGAIN!!!

Kvalitén är super på både stolar och lampa!
Dessutom finns svensktalande kundservice som ringer upp omgående vid frågor eller bekymmer. Hade lite problem med leveransskador vilket de tog tag i direkt och kompenserade mer än väl. Kan bara rekommendera till alla!!! Och har själv redan lagt in en ny beställning!!!
