It is a sad fact of life that reputations take years to build yet can be wrecked over a few days.
In the past I’ve bought several items from eXpansys and never really had any issues with them. However, it would seem to be the case that I have just been very lucky and recent events have revealed the true nature of the company and it’s attitude towards customers. Last October I bought a smartphone from eXpansys, realised that I didn’t actually need it and so started the returns process the very next day and sent the item back unused and unopened. What should have been a simple process instead took over three months, with eXpansys continually behind unhelpful, uncommunicative and often just plain obstructive.
Thankfully I have finally managed to get my money back but I will most definitely not be using eXpansys again and would caution any other potential customers to seriously consider alternatives.
