A mis-communication between the agent (economy car rental) and car supplier nearly ruin my trip. To cut a long story short, the supplier thought my order has been cancelled when it did not. Managed to use the supplier's computer to contact the agent via Live Support and luckily the customer officer called the supplier's office where I was. Waited about 1.5hrs before the supplier was convinced that my order is still valid. Kudos to the customer officer from economy car rental who stood by me via the "Live Support" during my desperation.
