We bought a Boori Cotbed along with some other baby related items from Pramworld. The items were delivered on time, infact down to the minute as quoted by the courier company. Very impressive!
Some months later we have unpacked and assembled the cot to find that there was a couple of imperfections in the wood of the cot. Nothing major but niggly.
I contacted Pramworld who asked me to photograph the problem and send via e mail. This was done with an immediate reply from Sharon at Pramworld who stated the matter would be looked into as a matter of urgency and that any correspondance between Pramworld and Boori would be passed on to us.
We expected the process to take days evens weeks, with lots of e mails, phonecalls stress and probably lots of waiting around for an engineer, the usual frustrating customer service route. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!! Within 1 hour Sharon from Pramworld had made contact again to say the matter was sorted and someone from Boori would be intouch. Within 5 minutes a lady from Boori rang and simply apoplogised for any inconvienience and said the parts would be replaced within 7 days, delivered straight to our door if that was ok with us. (Which it was) No questions asked, no fobbing us off, no quibbles how refreshingly unusual is that? Thank you Pramworld and Boori Cots.
I would recommend Pramworld and Boori cots to anyone for service with total honesty, integrity and swiftness.
