No Instructions - Unhelpful/Complacent tele sales team

No instructions with merchandise.....a very careless attitude when called to ask for assistance......expected more as it was their mistake in the first instance....will not use again.

Thank you Nick for taking the time to write your review, we do take on board customers feedback as we continue to improve our products and services.

Apologies the instructions were not included within the delivery as they should have been, could I ask what item it was that didn’t have the instructions included?
We do pride ourselves on customer service and I’m very sorry on this occasion it seems that we have let you down.
