Poor Service

I ordered two poopy scoops & a puppy toy & paid an extra 50p for a quick delivery I received the items a week later. I wonder how long normal delivery takes.
The puppy scoops were poor quality & the toy looked as if it had been kicked all round the warehouse - it was filthy I contacted customer service & requested a pre-paid sticker to return the toy & was given a freepost address. I returned item over a week ago but have not heard anything.
I will not be dealing with this company again!

Another CSL disaster

We bought a Vivaldi 2 seater couch & two recliner chairs delivered last May -the finish is appalling with poor folds in the leather that a 5 year old could have done better. There is a large gap on each item where back recliner meets the side & a gap between the two cushions on couch that we lost the TV remote down. We have the same experience as a previous reviewer as the cushions on the couch are uneven & the frame can be felt through one of them - the rep blamed this on sitting on one cushion more. I am constantly cleaning the leather as our jeans transfer dye to the cushions - we have had three visits from managers but basically its lip service as they didn't want to know. We have had a number of suites previously including two leather ones from other companies and have never had these problems before.
