letter to serenata

Simply unacceptable. I am absolutely FURIOUS about the quality of service I have NOT received from serenata flowers. To remind you of what has taken place:
On 29 January I received an email from Serenata telling me that the flowers that I had scheduled to be delivered the very next day would not be delivered due to a 'technical issue'. I was advised to use the link to reschedule for another day, get a free upgade or arrange a refund. Instead of requesting a refund or an upgrade, I replied quickly requesting that the flowers be delivered the very next day at 10am.

Since then I have had no reply whatsoever, no flowers have been delivered and my mum received NO flowers as a thank you for something very special that she did for me. My father spent all day Wednesday waiting inside for the delivery of flowers that never came.

In short, I am immensely frustrated with Serenata flowers - you have caused disappointment to my mother, inconvenience to my father and have made me look like a complete idiot. I have ordered from serenata before and have been very pleased with your service, however after this experience I simply cant communicate to you how disappointed I am with you.

I expect more than a full refund as an apology for your appalling customer service. I also expect a reply within 24 hours.
