I purchased a OCZ Vertex 2E 60gb SSD Hard Drive, back in September 2012 however around 22/1/13 this ceased funtioning, when I got a spare few minutes away from work I posted it off on 28/1/13 for testing, Overclockers found the fault, and replaced it with a unit that costs 2x the price of the one I sent back. My shiny new Hard Drive arrived with me 31/1/13

I dealt with Bailey via the Overclockers Forum prior and post RMA process. A nice friendly helpful chap indeed.

It's a shame I can only select 5 stars instead of 10.
