Not happy

Previous service from BB was very good but this time order was incomplete. Waied on hold 20 minutes to speak to Customer Services. 3 days later still not resolved and no contact .... called again and waited 15 minutes to get through this time. Now they can't find the paperwork and I'm still waiting!!
