In fairness, the flowers arrived in very good time - only a couple of hours after the order had been placed. However, the flowers were nothing like those ordered, the receiver enjoys natural, classic flowers, which my selection was based upon, but what turned up looked cheap and tacky, with no resemblance to the sample. I also ordered the "Large" version, but the flowers looked nothing more that a standard sized bunch which could have been picked up in a supermarket for less than a quarter of the price paid. Very disappointed

Whilst we allow our florist to make minor changes to our designs to ensure deliveries take place on the dates requested, we insist that any changes remain within the style, colour scheme and value of the arrangements chosen by our customers. Essentially, the flowers delivered should closely resemble the images displayed on our website.
