Very payments

I was missed one payment in november and end balance was £800, i called to tell what i need a new plan for 3 years because i have problem with work and can to pay so much. They told what they will send me new documents. Month ago... I didn't had anything... I opened my account and saw what my end balance stay £1500, a called and speak about: answer was: it is your mistake because you didn't pay and it is your charge and we sent you new documents. But charge should be £12 per month if missed payment and they wanted that i pay like before. After that they told if you want a new plan you should to pay £2500. For what???? Was £800, stay £2500.
