I ordered an item in the middle of last December and still haven't received my item. I had to open two customer queries as the first one was ignored. After I finally got a response I was asked to fill out a form about not receiving my item, I emailed it back the same day and still have heard nothing back from them, that was 10 days ago.
In my opinion they are the worst I have dealt with and I have a Littlewoods account.
