excellent service from beauty bay, just let down by courier

service from beauty bay was excellent, but the courier service delayed delivering my products because of bad weather. it was promised on the tues, so took the day off. I got an e-mail that morning from the courier saying that i would not be getting it until the day after due to the weather. I went out later and saw a courier van for that company out delivering. I spent more so that i would get my goods the day after, but didnt.
