Flowers not very nice. Personal Message not used

Despite my girlfriend appreciating the gesture. The flowers definitely did not look as good in the photo. They looked like they were sat on during the delivery.

Even worse still. The message card said "no message" even though I left a message on the form when I bought them. What confuses me is that why would you leave a card saying "no message" anyway? Its a waste of paper and makes the receiver think effort wasn't put in.
Biggest Waste of 30 odd quid ever. Would never use again - there are plenty of other good online florists!
