Very disappointed in poor quality product.

Not really happy and will probably bin this run of business cards (Carte de visite). The print quality is terrible. Even though the 240dpi resolution file was sized correctly to their recommendations, the printing is ghosting with yellow fringing, turning the blacks in to browns. Very flat looking card, although this probably means I should have upgraded to a better quality.
I will provide feedback and see if they respond. That would then be a better result.

REPLACEMENT BATCH WORSE THAN THE ORIGINALS
IN THE BIN AGAIN?
I think it is perfectly acceptable to occasionally make a mistake. These guys did with my last order and gave me an unacceptable product. However, after contacting them, they handled the complaint very seriously, very quickly and very well. I was impressed and delighted that they were reprinting the business cards after agreeing they had been printed out of register. All was good. Until today. I just received the replacements and I have to say they will be going straight in the bin. Really really disappointed. I was looking forward to the problem being rectified. We checked the files with the consultant and all was good.
Trimming not square, black smudged on to white on loads of cards, black areas have ink scraped and rubbed off. Looks nasty. In the bin again. Disappointing.

The other thing I notice on their own website, the two honest reviews I gave (as per above) did not appear. This indicates they only show the good reviews and aren't honest about receiving negative ones. I suppose that's why we have Trustpilot.
