Have had 2 x deliveries in the last 2 x weeks.

The first went like clockwork, and I was so please. The second didn't. The person that processed my order entered an invalid delivery date, and the worktop was not despatched.

They were all very helpful in rectifying the problem, and had the top despatched, but we did have a 5 x day delay in having the worktop fitted.

I would still use them again however.
