Slow with poor customer service

We ordered a single item.

It has now been 21 days and there is still no sign of it being delivered without any explanation from waeplus.

Their replies to emails via their broken contact system just state there has been a delay, no explanation or anticipated delivery date.

On phoning customer services they state the item is in their European warehouse and will be sent to their UK warehouse immediately, they "guarantee" I will have it in 4 days. next the inevitable email arrives stating there has been a delay with no explanation.

Not good enough for an internet company. When next day delivery is now the norm 21 days and counting with no end in sight is not acceptable!
