no major problems

Before booking I wanted to know precisely how to get to the car park. The map was the only indication and I had to look up a Glasgow AtoZ to find Burnside Place. It was only after receiving my confirmation that precise details were given.

Also not having a mobile phone I did not fill in that block and I kept being told to fill in all details. I finally put in n/a but feel this should be an optional block.
