From other reviews I see I am not alone in being treated badly by this company. I will share my experience as a warning not to use this company. I fell behind with my final payment on some goods I bought because I went on holiday to Mexico over Christmas. Received a phone call on 31st december 2013 from Isme asking me to pay outstanding balance of £68.43, said if I paid that day there would be no further charges. I said could I pay on line she said yes. So later that afternoon I paid the outstanding amount on line. Received a statement on 17th january 2014 and a letter from Shop Direct Finance Company Ltd saying I owed Isme £12 for the phone call made on 31st December 2013 even though the lady had said if I paid that day there would be no further charges. Phoned both Shop Direct and isme I was treated like a criminal and spoken to very rudely by Vicky. They would not drop the charge and threatened me with giving me a bad credit rating. My husband and I run our own Ltd company if we treated customers like this we would NOT have any. Needless to say I will NOT be shopping with Isme again.
