Robbing, bunch of liars with absolutely no care for the people they deliver to.

Bought a phone contract off Virgin, all good there. Next day, text message from Yodel saying my delivery would be between 9am and 7pm, no problem, I am in all day. I sat there waiting for the day, when I finally checked online at around 5pm only to see that my package had been signed for by some completely foreign name; 'Mabbut' or something like that (it is the name the multiple-ASBO teenager gave on the phone.) What's funny is that Yodel DID try and deliver that same day, no, not my package, my Mum's superhub - yet they just pushed a card through the door and ran like they usually do to most people. I waited until the next day, my Mum got her superhub, and of course I did not receive my phone!! That is because the driver stole it since he obviously saw that it was a perfect size for a mobile phone (plus the fact that it will say Virgin, or Virgin Mobile on it) - akin to receiving a PS3/Xbox 360 game for Xmas, you know what you are getting from those packages due to the size. The w****r now has a £450 Galaxy Note II, and I have nothing. Spoke with Virgin on the phone and they said that it is not acceptable, and they managed to make Yodel start to 'investigate' it and ask the driver to go where he allegedly delivered it, then with any resolution they would email Virgin about it and Virgin would call me ASAP. In Yodel's words, that means do naff all, let the driver keep my phone, and I will never be receiving a call from Virgin about said email because Yodel won't send one. What's even worse is that I will have to ask for a replacement from Virgin, 99.999999% sure that one will be signed for by some random name and I won't receive it either!

If I could I wouldn't even put them on the star rating - they don't deserve to be given even 0 stars.

Also, as an added note. Received a bunch of clothes for my girlfriend from Sports-Direct, who also shipped through Yodel, You receive a free mug with the purchase, the package arrived just fine, but there was a small slit in the packaging. They obviously took a glance at what was inside, to see if it was worth stealing.
