Overall average, outstandingly good delivery service but slightly inaccurate on some descriptions of items

Overall I was happy however some items are described differently to the actual item. I ordered 12x plastic animals for party bags, online it say 5-6cm each, one of the measured at just 3cm so due to choking hazard I cannot put these in the bags so am now stuck with 12 plastic animals.
I ordered 12 light blue party hats off the light blue party range and have received dark blue ones. Due to party date I don't have time to change I don't think so will try to purchase some from a high street store.
However outstanding delivery times, ordered in the afternoon the following morning, I received the parcel.
