Great price and delivery time but packaging not great

Item arrived next day at the exact time specified by courier and at the cheapest price anywhere on the net at the time (POD HD desktop). Slightly worried to see all the packaging consisted of was a layer of bubble wrap. The box on the POD was clearly damaged at a couple of corners but thankfully the unit was fine. Would use again but hope they take heed of constructive criticism.

Hi Scott. Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that the packaging was slightly damaged. Usually our couriers are very careful with our items, so all that is needed is a good layer of bubble wrap.

We will take your comments on board and look at amending our packaging process for this and similar items to try and prevent damage to the packaging.
