Good service, no problems

Well, what can I say? Fast delivery, reasonable prices compared to other vendors, cheap shipping costs, consistent service. These are the strengths, and they're the required strengths for 5 stars, in my opinion.

I would have taken away 1 star for the fact that I did receive a defective product the first time I ordered, but because, when I sent an email to customer support, I got an answer(within a very short time) saying that I could send in my defective product and get a new one AND have my shipping costs covered, I consider the defective product a non-issue.

Great, would recommend to anyone, and I already have done so to several people.
