So you go through the website, look at the pictures, and carefully select the item you want. But apparently you can't actually expect to receive it. Or to get a reply from customer support.
I had ordered a very nice looking flower, described as"A striking vase arrangement starring pink mini Cymbidium and variegated grass in a contemporary lime green vase." So I was quite surprised to see that the (very timely) same day delivery brought a yellow flower of some sort in a black vase (or perhaps wine cooler).
Emails to customer support have been ignored, so I guess I fell foul of the catch-all disclaimer.
Which begs the question - why allow me to select by colour on the website, if this selection is meaningless?
I won't be shopping at eFlorist again.
