Shocking!..2 weeks after delivery was due,it was the supplier that contacted me to say delivery had been attempted..Strange,as there had been no card put through my door.
Using the tracking number given by the supplier,I rescheduled the delivery-no show.
Then I attempted to get through on the phone,20mins later,still on hold..I resheduled delivery again,and again,-No show!
I finally managed to get through to an online 'adviser' on their website,who logged off as soon as I asked for an explanation.
I contacted the supplier,all they could do was say that the goods were with the courier,but when I logged back onto Yodel's website,they had the item listed as being returned to supplier..
This denial went on until over 2 months past the initial expected delivery time,when the supplier was informed by Yodel that the goods had been lost in return dispatch..
I now contact everyone I'm buying from online,and only place my order if they don't use this shower of charlatans...At least Dick Turpin had the decency not to waste days and weeks of your time whilst robbing you in broad daylight!
In short,avoid them like the plague,because as soon as they've got hold of your goods,they'll avoid YOU like the plague..
