Wow - knew when delivery was coming!

Why can't all companies do this? I was given a guaranteed one hour delivery slot as the goods had to be signed for, but I couldn't make the original delivery date as I was out that day. But that wasn't a problem at all, as I was able to change the time either on my phone by text message, or on-line, and the change in date was confirmed immediately. On the day, I got a message first thing which gave me the delivery time. The goods arrived exactly within the slot, leaving me the rest of the day free. It was great!
And is if that wasn't enough, the prices for the HP cartridges I ordered were extremely competitive.
