I normally don't have the time to write reviews, but on this occasion, I had to.
Before purchasing the product, I read all the negative reviews, then decided to call the sales team to tell them of my doubts at their service. The nice English girl I spoke to was polite and assured me it was temporary, due to a move of warehouse.
I ordered 2x items, first arrived no problem, but second item was a different product than what was advertised. No problem, i thought. I'll just call them to inform them that I've received the wrong product and to have them re-send the correct product......
and that was when everything went sideways. I could no longer speak to a nice polite english staff, instead I kept constantly being passed through to a spanish / italian sounding customer service staff, who was just very RUDE, very ABRUPT, never wanted to pass the phone to management and THREE times she hung up the phone on me, with the words "ok, goodbye!".
Even when I was trying to be polite from my end I could hear her huffing and puffing into the phone. If this company want to stay afloat they've got some 'rotten apples' to get rid of in their customer service department.
I paid for next day express delivery for my 2nd item - a small memoery and i didn't receive for three days. When it arrived it was wrong product. Its now two weeks and I still haven't received the replacement.
My next step is the ombudsman now, because the last thing I want to do is drive up to head office in Manchester in a fit of rage.
