They said next day delivery and it wasn't.

They didn't deliver next day, even though we were first told they would. The next person we spoke to was very stroppy and said it wouldn't be delivered. When it finally came it took 3 people the best part of 2 days to build. Would have been easier to go to the local DIY and just get them to deliver a pre made one
