We paid for a meet and greet service, upon return from our holiday we followed the instructions given but there was nobody to meet us and two phone calls to chase them up and 30 minutes standing in a cold car park at 7am in January they finally arrived. I am then told that allowing for traffic this acceptable! No it's not! I could have got on a bus and retrieved my car from a car park in less time and for a lot less money. As for customer service - rubbish! I am a very dissatisfied customer and at this point in time I would go out of my way to tell people not to bother using the looking for parking website as the customer service and resolution of complaints is shocking.

With Meet and Greet services there are occasional problems with traffic that result in delays. You should have been contacted by the car park, but unfortunately you were not. We have made our feelings clear with the car park how we would expect people booking on our website be treated in this respect and indeed we monitor service levels very closely across all our car parks and can assure you that incidents like this very rarely occur.
