Products great, service not so

I bought an absolute shedload of stuff from these guys, Packaging was sometimes busted but the product inside was fine. As we wernt sure of what to buy we purchased many items in 2 orders. We contacted them long before the orders were shipped to have one delivery charge. Lo and behold they replied no chance because the orders were already sent. NO CHANCE. Other than this an excellent online site
