I've used Natures Best for some time now and always found the products and the service excellent. So I was a bit surprised and annoyed when my last order turned up minus one item, even though I'd been charged for it. I rang them and got through to a `proper' person immediately - something of a major plus these days! They apologised and said it was obviously a packaging error at the warehouse and they would send the missing item out by first class post, immediately. Not only did this turn up the next day, an extra `complimentary' pack was sent at no charge with an apology. This was really appreciated as I feel they didn't have to do it, but I can tell you, I was well pleased and will most certainly stick with them. I also find the quality of the products excellent value for money compared to the high street and a well-designed interactive website means you can even read the labels on products, so you can compare different products and know exactly what you're buying.
