Great Service

At approximately 2.00pm I ordered a particular bouquet of flowers for a colleague which had to be delivered the same day . I received a call to say they didnt have the particular bouquet of flowers I had asked for but could do a different one that day or the one I wanted the next day.

As my Manager wanted my colleague to receive the flowers the same day I trusted the florist's judgement and they sent a bouquet of gold, white and yellow.

I am delighted to say my colleague thought they were beautiful and they lasted a long time.
