I ordered from BestPet the day before all that heavy snow arrived. I received an e-mail from them apologising in advance for the probable late arrival of my order due to the weather conditions. After a few days a lovely young lady from customer services contacted my by phone to say that they couldn't fulfill my order as it stood as the sell-by date on the product was quite short and so their supplier didn't want to sell in bulk amounts. She suggested sending me a smaller amount and refunding the monetary difference, which is what they did. I think you can cope with any problems that crop up when you order on-line as long as you are kept informed. Very pleased with the company and will use again for definite.
