I'm thinking of ordering from them. Can anyone advise me on how good they are before I spend £500 with them?
Please!

Still £100 out of pocket. Only order from ‘aHappyDeal’ if you want to lose your money. I even said I’d return the faulty smartphone for a replacement - ‘aHappyDeal’ wont even give me a return address, even after 21 emails requesting it.

I bought a smartphone from 'aHappyDeal' (Aosen Group) and I have had nothing but trouble.. I made the transaction through PayPal because I thought it would be safer that way with the PayPal assurances. But even PayPal let me down.
Two weeks after the transaction I found TrustPilot and read the reviews on ‘aHappyDeal’. I got worried and got onto PayPal told them what I had read and asked them to cancel the order. They reassured me that I was protected with PayPal and to go ahead with the order.
So I waited and waited and eventually the phone arrived six weeks after. The tabs were broken on the box so the new phone was not new. When I got it out of the box it was faulty. I got on to ‘aHappyDeal’ and they offered me a $25 refund for the $152 smartphone. Can you believe the cheek? (by the way they only work in $ not £ so it always costs more than you expect it to, when they convert it to £)
I got onto PayPal thinking they will chase them up for a refund, and here’s the catch, PayPal said it was outside their ‘45days from purchase limit to claim‘. It would be it took 6 weeks to get here.
So if PayPal don’t have a change of mind on this I will close my account with them. And if you are thinking of buying from ’aHappyDeal’ DON’T , unless you want to be robbed. A happy deal it aint.
TAKE MY ADVICE THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE, THIS IS A SHIT COMPANY, HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM ’aHappyDeal’ or Aosen Group
THEY ARE A DISHONEST COMPANY
One Star because TrustPilot don't go any lower. I wanted to put no stars!
They are by far the most incompetent company I have ever had dealings with.
My TalkTalk contract ends 11or12 April 2013. I got on to TalkTalk 27 March 2013 Spoke to a TalkTalk rep about my monthly rate that has gone up to £6.24, they offered to keep it at £3.25pm for a further 12 Months and repay £2.99 from the £6.24 overcharge. They said they would confirm this within the next 2 days.
TalkTalk had offered this further 12 months at 3.25 because I said due to the TalkTalk monthly payment doubling, I was thinking of moving to PlusNet.
I recorded the conversation with the TalkTalk rep so there can’t be any disputes.
The 'Telephone Recorder Connector' can be plugged into any phone and you can record phone calls to any recorder, I prefer the Sanyo Talk-Book with the 90minute micro tapes to file.
Thanks to TalkTalk 's incompetence it looks like I'll be a Plusnet customer soon.

DigitalRev sent a replacement, eventually.
I ordered at the one time of the year they take a holiday, which accounts for the slow replacement of the broken charger.
I am willing to give DigitalRev a second chance and I’m thinking of ordering from them again. They are fast at initial delivery.

DigitalRev.com are okay as a ‘Photo Club’ where photographers ‘chat’ but the DigitalRev.com buying experience has put me off buying from DigitalRev.com ever again.
DigitalRev.com are in Hong Kong I’m in the UK. They use American English so all emails from them get the spell checker working overtime. Why they can’t spell ‘Center’ as Centre I don’t know, after all it was a colony, until fairly recently, of the UK not the US of A. Why the Americanisms ?
Bearing in mind the time difference you will not get an ‘immediate’ answer to emails, as you would from a UK supplier. Emails always arrive the following day, unless you are prepared to stay up ’ all night’.
On that theme; being a Hong Kong supplier, and even though they promise "there will be nothing more to pay", be prepared to be pestered for VAT on top of the price they advertise cameras on their website.
I have been trying to get a replacement battery charger so I can finally try my ‘Nikon Coolpix P510’ At first I thought what a great company over the other side of the world and delivered a day after I ordered it. Then I opened the box.
My first, of many, email :
Dear Digital Rev,
First can I say congratulations on such an efficient delivery service, ordered the Nikon Coolpix P510 Digital Camera £228.99 on 6 February and received it today 7 February. I can’t believe how quick the whole order/delivery process was. Well done!
( Credit where credit is due - it got much worse from here )
Now the bad news; when I opened the box, the only loose item, the USB Charger, had the ‘earth pin’ part of the plug snapped off. I’ll include a photo.
I will not be able to charge the Nikon battery my mains until I get a replacement.
That was a week ago I’m still waiting for a replacement charger from DigitalRev.com.
This weekend after threatening them with returning the camera ( to try and hurry them to send a replacement charger) and waiting a week to actually use the camera, I went out and spent a further £12 on a Nikon Battery Charger.
My advice, to anyone in the UK thinking of buying a camera, is don't buy from DigitalRev.com, just use DigitalRev.com as a photo club/photographic meeting place.
The cost to me so far has been Camera £228.99 from DigitalRev.com, ( You can buy this camera for £224.99 from a UK supplier), spare battery £6 (the one sent with the camera was faulty), Charger £12. I thought I got a bargain at £228.99 but it has cost me a total of £246.99!
Buy in the UK, it’s cheaper in the long run, and not too far to take it back.
When I order from Simply Supplements I wait and I wait but the order never arrives. You wait in day after day disrupting your routine and the bloody order never arrives.
When all goes well you will received half the order from Simply Supplements after about ten days and have to chase Simply Supplements up for the rest of the order. You phone Simply Supplements and speak to an abrupt person who more or less accuses you of already receiving the whole order and suggests you are fraudulently making a claim for it again.
My last order to Simply Supplements, and I mean ‘my last order to Simply Supplements’, I waited and I waited but did not get my order delivered. I had to get on to Simply Supplements who said they had sent the order two days after I had ordered it. A month had gone by and my order had not been delivered
When I order from Zipvit’s the order is with me within five days maximum. Sometimes takes only two days.
Which one would you buy from in future?
