I ordered 12 mini Moët bottles for my daughters wedding gifts last Sunday evening they delivery was made Tuesday but Unfortuneatly 2of the bottles were broken.The courier noted it and advised me to telephone 31Dover to explain what had happened.I did phone and explained what had happened and the adviser named Chris was very apologetic and helpfull and advised me that a replacement would be sent that day and I should receive the next day. And I also received an email explaining this to me I thanked him very much for his understanding and yes the 2replacement bottles did arrive the next day. I was amazed with this complete service and would give them 110 out of 100 as a Company they deserve every accolade I can recommend well done to you all
