Good Company, good Service but sadly slow delivery

I have placed two orders with this company as they have an informative website, helpful knowledgeable staff when you telephone them and competitive prices. I have been very impressed by the products that I have purchased and intend using them in future developments that I carry out.
I have two perhaps three reservations about them, firstly delivery is slow, expect it to take a week despite what they say, on the second order I even requested next day delivery but it took seven days. Secondly they don't send email confirmations of the order despatch or an invoice, all of which are however viewable and printable from the 'my account' section of their website. Lastly and I suppose a very minor irritation is the printable invoice takes two sides of A4 due to their logo taking more than one side, how ridiculous and it makes for messy account records, further the actual font size of the order details etc is very small. They could easily correct these points and I hopr they do, |I would like to use them again but I am not sure that I will.

Thanks for your review which is very helpful - I am going to review the points you mentioned and get them resolved ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience - I hope you will find the improvements useful once they are implemented (hopefully tonight!)
