All my fears of bad service or quality went down the toilet!!

Checked prices against adverts on the Internet, they were favourable and we had the opportunity to check out the goods in store. The salesman was helpful and worked out what we needed, including tiles. The only item not advised to order a was valve connection for the
towel heater. Delivery was not quite as stated but they did ring to arrange the day and give a two hour window for delivery. The delivery drivers were very good.
If we had to be picky the paperwork stated we had 20mins to check items delivered but the driver stated we could check all was OK within 7 days.
Overall very good and the quality of the goods seems to be excellent.
