Sent my Nintendo Dsi in for trade in. Had requested bank transfer for speedy payment. After waiting a week and hearing nothing about payment I called them. Was told my payment would be processed that day. Still no sign. Called again the next day. Finally got my money a week and a half later!

We received your Nintendo DSi and the device was as described and placed in the payment queue on the 23-01-13 for the original price quoted. Our payments are then processed 7 days after we receive them, you were notified of your payment date which was the 30-01-13, your payment was made at 16:29:06 on the 30-01-2013.
Therefore your payment was processed within the 7 days of us receiving your item.
