Spot on.
I bought 2 CE8's & althought some reviews haven't been that hot, I found if I let it steep for approx 24hours I'm getting great taste & vapor.
What I am concerned about is there is meant to be no Silica & apparently someone brke one open & found silica & very little ss mesh.
For me they're working quiet well , so overall I'm happy.

Lost one piece, rang & going to send replacement.
I am really happy with the service I received really fast delivery, a great product in a funky box (Aga t2). I misplaced or there was a Gromit missing so I emailed them & with no problems they said they would replace it. Great customer service & would happily use them again. A+
