I can't believe we got scammed by this company - I thought I'd checked them out but now I can see their (attractive) website has hardly any contact details, and I should (on hindsight) never have paid for a car rental upfront. We booked a car with Budget (via Suncar) for £138 in May and when we came to pick up the car in August, Budget refused to accept the prepaid voucher. I've contacted Budget because to be honest they were very unhelpful about the whole thing. I emailed Suncar and was assured I'd get a refund, but of course no such thing has happened. When you contact the telephone number on the paperwork it rings out, and now the emails are bouncing back with a (badly written) autoresponse.
